Life sure has it’s share of troubles and trials. Job 14:1 states, “Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble.” Pain is not prejudice. No one is exempt. Suffering comes to all is some form or fashion. Whether it is physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise, each of us have experienced it on some level.
Peter wrote and said, “think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you” (1 Pet. 4:12). Christians are not immune to trouble, but we had trouble before we came to know the Lord. We can certainly witness that we would rather face problems with God on our side than outside of the safety of the church.
Even though we understand that suffering is part of life, we do need a little help sometimes. If you’re dealing with difficulties or know someone that is, Tuesday evening is a good time to come and find some answers through the Word of God.
We encourage you to join others who are facing situations of all sorts, but know where to get the help they need. Whether you are dealing with sickness, loss, or relationships that are strained, God’s Word has the answers. His presence can comfort, strengthen, and encourage you. His church will love you, accept you, and pray for you. Don’t go it alone. Come and join us Tuesday evening at 7:30. Come early for pre-service prayer if you can. Doors open at 7:00 P.M. We look forward to seeing you!
